Built for review-first teams

Review Monitor is a reputation platform by Qrinux Inc. AI reads every review the moment it lands and drafts an on-brand reply — humans always publish. This is the story, the mission, and the people behind it.

Our story

Built because one missed review mattered.

"We missed a 1-star Google review for four days. By the time we saw it, two more customers had chimed in. The hard part was never writing the reply — it was noticing in time."
The moment Review Monitor was born

So we built the noticing engine first — automated scanning across every public review source, sentiment classification, AI-drafted replies in the customer's own language — and deliberately stopped short of auto-posting. A reply that carries your brand voice deserves a human hand on the send button.

AI drafts. Humans publish. That single line is our product philosophy, and everything else follows from it.

Mission & Vision

Why Review Monitor exists

Two short paragraphs that decide everything we build — and everything we refuse to build.

Our mission

Give every small operator a calm, honest way to hear their customers.

A café owner should not need a marketing agency to notice a bad review. A hotel manager should not juggle eight tabs to reply on Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, OpenTable, TheFork, Zomato and Uber Eats. We take the noise, the tab-hopping and the guesswork out of reputation — and hand back time, clarity and control.

In practice: one inbox, one reply draft per review, one tap to open the source, and one human decision before anything is published.
Our vision

A world where every review gets a real answer — never a robot's.

The internet is already full of auto-generated replies that sound like nobody wrote them. We think that's a broken future. Our vision is the opposite: AI that respects the customer enough to draft carefully, and an operator who respects the customer enough to press "post" themselves.

Ten years out: the same quiet loop covering every public review surface — Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, OpenTable, TheFork, Zomato, Uber Eats and whatever comes next.
What we do

Three steps, one clean loop

No dashboards to master. No auto-posting. Just a quiet system that keeps you in the know.

1. We watch

Automated scans across all 7 live sources — Google Maps, TripAdvisor, Yelp, OpenTable, TheFork, Zomato and Uber Eats — pick up every new review the moment it lands.

2. AI drafts

Every review gets an on-brand reply draft tuned to the rating, tone, and language — ready to copy.

3. You publish

One tap opens the review on its source platform. Paste, review, post. You stay in control.

Qrinux Inc.
The company behind the product

A product of Qrinux Inc.

Review Monitor is designed, built and operated by Qrinux Inc. — the parent company that stands behind every line of code, every support conversation and every invoice you'll see from us. Learn more at www.qrinux.com.

Qrinux exists to build quiet, dependable software for real operators: businesses that don't have time for hype cycles, seat-based sales calls, or dashboards that require a training session. We ship one product at a time, we take it all the way to production quality, and only then do we start the next.

Review Monitor is the first product in that lineup. When you subscribe, you're not signing up with a side-project — you're working with a company whose full attention is on making it better.

One product at a time
No portfolio bloat.
Remote-first
Distributed team.
Operator-owned
Independent, not VC-driven.
Principles

What we believe

Four ideas that shape every product decision.

Human-in-the-loop by default

AI reads and drafts. Your team posts. AI never publishes on its own.

Ship, then talk

Try it before you talk to us. The free plan is the demo.

Small-team friendly

No contracts, no seat minimums, no sales gate. Ever.

Only public data

Only public reviews. We never sell what we collect.

Milestones
