1. Acceptance of these terms
Review Monitor is operated by Qrinux Inc. (www.qrinux.com). By creating an account or using Review Monitor, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
Review Monitor is a software service that monitors public review pages on third-party platforms (Google Maps, Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, TheFork, Zomato, and Uber Eats), ingests the reviews into your workspace, analyses them, and sends alerts to you and the managers or team members you invite. AI drafts reply suggestions — humans always publish them by copy-pasting on the source platform; nothing is auto-posted. The exact features available to you depend on the plan you are on. We may improve, add, or remove features over time; material removals will be announced in advance.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for the credentials you use to sign in and for activity that happens under your account.
- You must provide accurate information at signup and keep it up to date.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Review Monitor.
- You must not share a single account across multiple people — invite them as team members instead.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Monitor review pages that you do not own, operate, or have a legitimate business interest in.
- Use the service to harass reviewers, incentivise fake reviews, or violate the terms of the underlying review platform.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service.
- Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or the systems it depends on.
- Use the service for anything illegal or infringing.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where reasonable.
5. Plans, billing, and refunds
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the cycle you choose — monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or yearly.
- Longer cycles receive a discount off the monthly sticker price; that discount is applied to the total, not each month.
- You can upgrade at any time; the price difference is prorated.
- You can downgrade or cancel at any time; the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy.
- Prices are in USD and may change; you will be notified at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.
6. Payment processing
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Stripe handles card authorization, storage of payment methods, and applicable tax calculation. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Payment, billing, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's Services Consumer Terms and Privacy Policy, in addition to the terms above.
7. Third-party review platforms
Review Monitor reads public data from third-party platforms including Google Maps, Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, TheFork, Zomato, and Uber Eats. Those platforms are independent services that we do not control, and their terms and availability may change. If a platform blocks or throttles automated reading, or if a page you connect becomes private or is removed, monitoring for that source may pause or stop. We will surface this in the dashboard when it happens.
8. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the review URLs you connect, the alert rules you configure, and any content you create in the product. You grant us the licence needed to host and process that content so we can operate the service on your behalf.
Public reviews we ingest remain the property of the reviewer and the source platform; we store copies inside your workspace so we can alert, analyse, and report on them.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform scheduled maintenance and, occasionally, emergency maintenance; we announce planned windows in advance.
10. Warranties and disclaimer
Review Monitor is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to Review Monitor in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
12. Termination
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, or if required by law. On termination we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Referrals and affiliate program
Review Monitor offers two invite programs: Refer & Earn for existing customers and a public Affiliate Program. Rewards are paid only for genuine, non-fraudulent conversions and are subject to Stripe's refund and chargeback rules. Self-referrals, fake accounts, incentivised installs, and misleading claims about the product are not eligible for payout and may result in program removal.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will notify you at least 14 days in advance by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law
Review Monitor is operated by Qrinux Inc. from Bangladesh. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh, unless local consumer law in your country grants you a different forum.
